What is Cash Back?

If you buy ANY MLS home through us, regardless of who has it listed, you will receive Cash Back after Closing. The Lethbridge Cash Back after Closing Is a Reward Program that gives you Cash Back if you buy a home through us (MoveRight Realty Services). 

You will receive full exceptional service on your next home purchase and you can be sure we will guide you through the complicated process of purchasing a home. 

We created this program to attract clients contemplating a home purchase who demand not only unparalleled service but who would like to be rewarded for their Customer Loyalty.

How Does it Work?

You will be paid 15% of our Commission.  For Example;

Purchase Price 250,000
250,000 X 2.5% (real estate commission) = 6250

6250 x 15% = $937.50 CASH BACK to you after closing

 

Purchase Price 300,000
300,000 X 2.5% (real estate commission)  = 7500

7500 x 15% = $1125.00 CASH BACK to you after closing
